Refund & Weather Policy

At LAWNSTUDIO, we aim to deliver consistent, high-quality work — rain, shine, or somewhere in between.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of your service may result in forfeited payment, as crew time and scheduling are already allocated.

  • Once work has commenced, refunds are not available unless agreed upon due to an error on our part.

Weather Delays

  • If weather conditions (rain, soaked lawns, extreme heat, etc.) could cause damage to your lawn or our equipment, we’ll reschedule to the next suitable window at no cost.

  • Our team monitors conditions daily to ensure your lawn is serviced at the right time for health and appearance.

If something doesn’t look right, let us know within 24 hours — we’ll make it right where possible.

Green Waste & Site Policy

We’re happy to remove green waste as part of our service — but to keep things fair and efficient, here’s how it works:

What is Green Waste?
Green waste includes natural garden materials such as grass clippings, leaves, small branches, small shrubs, and other organic debris generated during lawn and garden maintenance.

It does not include soil, rocks, treated timber, synthetic turf, concrete, or general rubbish. These materials require separate disposal and will incur additional fees if found mixed with green waste.

1. Green Waste Removal

  • Our standard rate includes up to 1 Tonne Bulky Bag (approx. 1m³) of green waste removal.

  • Anything over this limit will incur an additional disposal fee, quoted based on volume and local tip charges.

  • Excess waste must be approved prior to removal to avoid surprise costs.

2. Garden & Access Conditions

  • Work areas must be safe and accessible at the time of service (no pets in yards, gates unlocked, and obstructions cleared).

  • If we can’t safely access your property, we’ll reschedule — a $50 call-out fee may apply.

3. Weather Conditions

  • In poor weather (heavy rain, waterlogging, or heat waves), we may postpone your service to protect your lawn and our crew.

  • You’ll be notified and rescheduled at no extra cost.

4. Quality & Equipment
We use professional equipment and techniques to deliver the best result possible, but outcomes can vary depending on soil, weather, and lawn health.
LAWNSTUDIO is not liable for natural regrowth, seasonal weed return, or environmental factors outside our control.

All services provided by LAWNSTUDIO are carried out with care, professionalism, and pride. While we aim to deliver the best results, lawn and garden outcomes depend on conditions such as weather, soil quality, irrigation, and prior lawn health.

LAWNSTUDIO accepts no liability for results impacted by these external factors, nor for damages arising from blocked access, pets, or unsafe site conditions at the time of service.

Quotes are based on the information provided and conditions at the time of inspection or estimation. Additional charges may apply if the scope, access, or waste volume changes.
