LAWNSTUDIO Service Policies
For Fortnightly and Monthly Lawn Care
1. What You’re Signing Up For
When you join a LAWNSTUDIO run, you’re locking in a fresh lawn on repeat. We show up, make your place look great, and you enjoy your weekend without touching a mower.
This is an ongoing service that renews each visit until you tell us otherwise.
2. Our Run Schedule
We work in structured runs so everything stays efficient and predictable.
Your booking will land on the same pattern every fortnight or month.
Times may shift slightly depending on weather and how the run flows that day, but you will always get reminders and updates if anything changes.
3. Payments
All services must be paid in full before we arrive.
You can keep a card on file or pay each invoice manually.
If payment isn’t received before your visit, your spot gets paused and may be moved to the next available slot.
4. Access and Housekeeping
Please make sure we can actually get to your lawn.
Locked gates, pets roaming, cars blocking areas, or anything stopping safe access may result in a full service charge because we’ve allocated that time to you.
Clear lawns are happy lawns. Please remove hoses, toys, rocks, dog bombs, and anything that might destroy our equipment or your grass.
5. What Your Service Includes
A clean and consistent lawn service every visit
Mowing
Edging
Whipper snipping
Blowing off all hard surfaces
Glyphosate free weed spray around edges when required
Green waste removal or use of your green bin
Anything extra such as hedging, mulching, fertilising, garden resets, turf prep, or pressure washing is quoted separately.
6. Lawn Conditions
If the lawn is excessively long, wet, or has been left too long between visits, extra time may be required.
We’ll always let you know if your regular rate needs adjusting for that visit.
We may skip mowing if the lawn is too wet or unsafe to avoid damaging the turf or our gear.
7. Weather
We work around weather every single week.
If rain hits or the ground is too soft, we’ll shift your visit to the next available day on your run. You’ll get an update as soon as possible.
8. Pausing or Cancelling
Need to pause or skip a service
No problem. Just give us 48 hours notice.
Cancellations inside 48 hours may be charged at full price because that slot was reserved for you.
Frequent pauses may remove you from the regular run to keep things smooth for everyone.
9. Price Reviews
We review prices occasionally as fuel, labour, equipment and property conditions change.
You will always be told in writing before any adjustments take place.
10. Safety and Property Care
We use care around your property, but we are not liable for damage caused by hidden items such as hoses, rocks, debris, toys or pet waste.
Please ensure the yard is clear so we can give you the best finish possible.
11. Quality Guarantee
If you are ever unhappy with a service, tell us within 24 hours.
We will come back and fix it at no extra cost.
Your lawn should always look LAWNSTUDIO fresh.
12. Ending The Service
You can end your service anytime with 48 hours notice.
We may also end service if there is ongoing non payment, repeated access issues, unsafe conditions, or anything affecting staff safety or workload.
